in the auditorium and guided tours talks are held.

of information about Marine life around Malaysian seas.

Saw Cat Sharks, Stone
fish, bivalves, parrot fish amongst many more found in the tropical waters
around Malaysia.

There has been no Shark
attacks in this region.

There is also on Display
Beautiful corals, e.g. bubble coral, mushroom corals etc.

All the Fresh Saltwater
used undergoes a triple filtering process and corrected for temperature and
salinity.

Saw huge turtles.

The message imparted to
the public at this Institute is one of the need for protecting the marine
diversity and protecting it from over-exploitation.
